We have 3 methods of payment:

Via Fax:
Print, fill out and fax the donation form.
Fax your completed form to: 604-681-9189.
If the form does not open, You need Adobe Reader (it is free).

Via Phone:
Call 604-681-9121 and ask for the Deputy Flag Banking Officer (D/FBO for Marketing of Org Resources for Exchange) or the Executive Director. She will take down the necessary information and ensure your donation is routed to our Ideal Org Building Fund.

In Person:
Come to the Org and see any OT Committee member or staff member to contribute ANYTIME!

All donations are non-refundable.
At this time Canadian donations are not tax deductable.
