There are those who would tell us that our ambitions
are too high, that no single group, much less a single
man, could bring about a change in the dangerous career
of Earth. But such people do not know their history.
Single men and determined groups have been the only
makers of space in which man could walk free. Left to
the multitude, each inverted with his own selfishness and
greed, the affairs of man do not prosper. Left to an
anarchy of nations with no international responsibility,
Earth and mankind cannot prosper.
If man cared more, if man had a better understanding
of his own purpose, man would make a better effort to
survive, but lost in the confusions of ideologies which
were intended to do nothing but confuse him, what
chance does he have?
The chance he has is Scientology. We're giving him
that chance and if you do not pass along to him what you
know, you yourselves are failing that man, failing
yourselves, and failing us. This is man's one chance. You
must give it to him, otherwise he faces other planets,
other times, other elsewheres, but no more here.
Scientology is not so much man's first science of
understanding as his last call to reason. |
|
|
If you cannot see this as a necessity, this science and
technology to fit in with man's mission of the machine,
then you cannot view man's further survival, for it will
not exist.
Were we to straighten out on its lower and middle
strata the thinkingness of man, he would have a chance
to live. You would give that chance to a person dying in
an automobile accident. You would give that chance to a
dog; you would give the chance to breathe again and
look at the sun to your deadliest enemy, then why not
give it to man at large? Is it because you cannot see him
as an entirety, because you cannot see him as units made
up in a similar image to those of your immediate family
and friends? You must give man that chance. Give him
that chance he can live out his destiny. If that chance is
withheld from him he will be no more.
Where Earth pursues her gentle way in her orbit
about the sun today there will be a black orb seared,
scorched and defaced with ruin, its air polluted by
radiation, its surface gouged by pocks, the skeletons of
its cities standing black and ruined against a sun which
was allowed to set upon the Anglo-American civilization.
Perhaps there are other planets, perhaps there will be
other times - but here we are right now, our urgings and
our strivings ought to carry forward the civilization
which we have about us. Perhaps it would be better to
start all over and make another one. I do not happen to
think so. I think that we can and will continue to create
this civilization and continue to bring man through
despite his folly in creating industrially far beyond his
ability to understand and then borrowing from those who
hated him the technologies he hoped would permit him
to survive. We know how and we can do. It is up to us.
It is up to you and only then we can say with honesty
that it is up to man.

Just great lisening to Guy - What an inspiration!
I also enjoyed listening to COB at the beginning and had some great cognitions as to why we are putting an ideal org in Vancouver.

I made another donation towards the ideal org building to get into the next higher status level.
I really want to have an ideal org here in Vancouver. I've had that purpose for a long time.
I realize that an ideal org is the only answer to building a new society and civilization in BC and I've dedicated my total efforts and energy into acheiving that.
There is no more pro-survival and in ethics action than this.

My husband Ray and I started up the Vancouver Org—first
as a mission in 1969, and then as an org in 1971. Since that
time, we have had a dream and a postulate to have it be
big and beautiful, with hundreds and thousands of public
flowing through it, going free.
Over the years, we have had many failed purposes, but
never lost this dream.
Many other Vancouver Scientologists have joined in this
dream over the years, and many have made huge
commitments and contributions to making it a reality.
After all the attempts and hopes, I now know that THIS TIME,
we are doing it. To see more and more Scientologists in
Vancouver joining in, raising money and putting in time to
pull off the dream of an Ideal Org, is inspiring.
Ray and I have pledged $100,000 to the new building.
Whatever it takes, we will pull this off! I see others joining
in and donating more than they ever thought they could
or would—and winning on this as they see the dream
moving closer to reality.
Whatever I have done on the track—what I am doing right
now to put our Ideal Org there overshadows everything.
THIS is what is truly important and THIS is what I want to
look back on with pride, KNOWING that NOTHING was
more important than pulling off this win.
I am doing this with an awesome team of thetans in
Vancouver who have this dream too and who also are
doing whatever it takes to make it happen. I’d love to have
YOU come join the game! What an awesome thing to be
part of—come and PLAY!

LETTER FROM THE EDITOR
“If one has no familiarity with how a scene (area)
ought to be, one cannot easily spot outpoints (illogical
data) in it.
“This is what also could be called an IDEAL scene
or situation. If one doesn’t know the ideal scene or
situation then one is not likely to observe nonideal points
in it.”
(LRH – HCO PL, FAMILIARITY)
LRH laid out the ideal scene for a Scientology
organization so that everyone would know what it ought
to be like and could then determine how their scene or
area differed from this ideal scene and could then correct
it to match this ideal.
“The ideal org would be an activity where people
came to achieve freedom and where they had confidence
they would attain it.” |

So tonight at my church I did soething I haven't done in a long time - help my church. And it feels great.

Again...the event moved me again spiritually. You can feel the theta. It is awesome.
We need the whole Scientology team in BC at these events to make the ideal org happen now.

“The ideal org is the image one builds toward. It is
the product of the causative actions of many. Anything
which is short of an ideal org is an outpoint that can be
put right. The end product is not just an ideal org but a
new civilization already on its way.”
LRH (HCO PL, THE IDEAL ORG)
International Management began a pilot project in
2003 where 4 orgs were turned to ideal orgs. Since then,
orgs around the world have been purchasing and
renovating their buildings to ideal standards. It is now
Vancouver’s turn.
There is a massive project that is underway with
the Org and field to get this done before LRH’s Birthday.
Come in and find out about all the excitement!
